Podio is a configurable work platform, so the wholesaling CRM people run on it is one they built themselves, and maintain themselves. XtremeCRM arrives as a wholesaling CRM, with the trade-off that you cannot rebuild it into something else.

If your process is genuinely unusual, Podio will model it and we will not - that is the honest trade and it is not close. It is also one tool for work that has nothing to do with acquisitions, so a company already running projects and internal processes on it is not going to move the CRM out just to save a few dollars a seat. And if you have already built something good on it, the migration cost is real and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
The free plan covers 20 leads and 5 buyers. No card, and your data exports as CSV whenever you want it back.
Start freeTheir pricing page states a limit of 100 items per organization. For a wholesaler, an "item" is a lead, so that is a week or two of a working pipeline rather than a free tier you can settle into.
At the published prices, yes. Podio bills per user, so five people is $56 a month on Plus. XtremeCRM is $9.99 for up to three, then $2.49 a month per extra seat.
Export your items as CSV and import them as leads. Custom fields come across if you create them first.
No, and that is most of the point. Stages, tags and automations are settings rather than a build, and nothing breaks when the person who configured it leaves.
